TURNAROUND/PROCESSING TIMES
Processing and turnaround times vary based on the project, requested design, workload at the time of ordering or even delays in communicating opinions. With each product/service description, you will find the estimated turnaround time.
MOCKUP DRAFTS
All orders will receive 1-3 mockup drafts. You have 48 hours (2 days) to communicate your opinions with the designer and this timeframe does not include rush order items. Opinions may include, but not limited to, likings/dislikes, approving/choosing to go with one (1) design, denying the mockup drafts, etc. Failure to respond in the timely manner will result in your project being terminated and no payment will be refunded. Communicating your opinions or requesting the design again after the 48-hour timeframe will require you, the customer/client, to repurchase. After your opinions are communicated, no mockup drafts should be used in any manner. Only your official design can and should be used. Please be sure to look at your mockup drafts very carefully. DazzledDesigns Xtreme is not responsible for any errors once your order is completed and received.
REVISIONS
Each project will have (2) two free rounds of revisions. Unless stated otherwise by designer, there will be a $15 fee for any additional revision and changes will not be made until this $15 fee is paid.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid upfront and through the website. All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Alternative payments include Zelle, CashApp and PayPal. These alternative payment methods will be given upon request.
SHIPPING
Standard Shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail for $10+
Expedited Shipping will be via USPS Priority Express for $30+
International Shipping varies
CHANGE OF IDEAS
You, the customer/client, have a grace period of 48 hours (2 days) to send in a request to make changes regarding your design before it is started. This grace period does not pertain to rush order items (an order that is needed in less than 4 days from the requested date). This may include, but not limited to, change of design colors, change of design layout, etc.

CANCELLATION
In the event you have changed your mind, you have 24 hours (1 day) to send in a request to cancel your order. All requests must be sent to dazzleddesigns.19@gmail.com.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to their unique customization, all sales are final and nonrefundable.
DazzledDesigns Xtreme LLC have the right to decline and refund any project we feel is not doable.
DazzledDesigns Xtreme LLC have the right to decline any project due to unforeseen circumstances and refund you, the customer/client, if your project hasn’t yet been started.
DELAYED, LOST AND/OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has shipped, DazzledDesigns Xtreme LLC is not responsible for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
DazzledDesigns Xtreme LLC reserves all rights & ownership of artwork until full balances are cleared. This includes, but not limited to, failure to respond communications once mockup drafts are sent, using mockups that aren’t your final design, cancellations of any such, etc.
