Can I see my design before the order is complete?

Yes, you will receive mockup drafts to choose between to ensure the design is achieved to your liking. You must communicate your opinions of the drafts within 48 hours (2 days).
Do I need to send in a graduation cap?

No. You will receive adhesive Glue dots on the back of your topper to attach your cap topper to your graduation cap.
Do I need to send in a graduation stole, baby items, banner, etc.?"

No. All items will be provided.
What happens if I want to cancel an order?

In the event you have changed your mind, you have 24 hours (1 day) to send in a request to cancel your order. All requests must be sent to dazzleddesigns.19@gmail.com, including your name and order number.
What happens if I want to change the color, wording, or overall design of my order?"

You, the customer/client, have a grace period of 48 hours (2 days) to send in a request to make changes regarding your design before it is started. This may include, but not limited to, change of design colors, change of business name, etc. All requests must be sent to dazzleddesigns.19@gmail.com, including your name and order number.
