A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to receive a design quote for your order. You will pay this deposit fee after submitting the form.
This fee is applied to your total balance due.
Turnaround times may vary depending on the workload at the time of ordering, the requested design, or even delays in communicating opinion of quote.
If possible, complete form 2-3 weeks in advance for Single Orders and 3-4 weeks in advance for Bulk Orders.
For custom long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts or hoodies, these forms can also be used. Your design quote will reflect your accurate apparel needs and total price.
